Roadside Assistance Program

This comprehensive roadside assistance program is available 24/7 and is available throughout Canada and the United States with the exception of Alaska, Puerto Rico and the islands of Hawaii.

You receive up to three (3) calls per year from the following services:

• Towing service up to a maximum of twenty-five (25) kilometers
• Boosting service
• Flat tire service
• Gas delivery service
• Lockout service
• Winching service

Automotive advice

This service allows you to get expert answers to your questions about automotive mechanics and information about the approximate repair costs, with the exception of those resulting from an accident.

This service is available Monday to Friday between 9 am and 5 pm, and includes an unlimited number of calls.

Travel Planning

A personal itinerary for your next vacation.  In order to assist the insured in planning his or her road itinerary, we provide detailed road maps including approximate driving time, points of interest on the route and local attractions.
* One year planning for a trip to Canada or the United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

* A period of two weeks is necessary to receive the itinerary.

This service is offered 24/7.
