Being insured: a moral obligation

There is no law in Quebec requiring you to insure your home, your goods and your civil liability. However, we will always recommend that you get insurance.

Of course, mortgage lenders will only provide financing if you have insurance. But if you are a tenant, what happens if a person is injured while visiting your apartment? And what if you forget the pot on the stove and the home catches on fire? These are all situations that involve your civil liability.

For a few dollars a month, we can offer you good coverage for your possessions and civil liability. Why not take advantage of it?
