The company started in Arundel in 1965 with M. Ronald D Cooke under the name of Ronald D. Cooke Insurance. In 1984, M. Cooke incorporates the company. In 1988, M. Mark Pedicelli joins the team and become co-owner in 1990. The company's name will now be Cooke Pedicelli & Ass. Inc. M. Cooke retires in 2000 and M. Pedicelli then becomes the only owner.
In 1998, M. Jonathan Dubé associates himself with M. Pedicelli and the company was now called Dubé Cooke Pedicelli. In order to better serve their clients, Dubé Cooke Pedicelli now have four offices, Arundel, Mont-Tremblant village, Mont-Tremblant and Ste-Agathe-des-Monts. The company today hires more than 20 people.
